| INCENTIVE FOR EARLY BOOKINGS |
| When the wedding is booked, confirmed and prepaid at least 6 months prior to the date of stay - 10% discount offered on the total cost of the wedding (accommodation + wedding package). |

| FORMALITIES |
| Clients wishing to marry in Seychelles must be at least 18 years old. |
| Civil ceremonies performed by a registrar in Seychelles are recognized in all countries |
| Civil ceremonies can be performed at The Cerf Island Resort, and usually between 1400hrs and 1700hrs Monday to Friday. The date should be fixed ideally 6 weeks or more prior to the your arrival. |
Religious Ceremonies - cannot be done on site but only on main land Mahé.
3 Months notice of marriage request. Parties must contract a civil marriage prior to the religious ceremony. Any days excepts Sunday, feast days and during lent. No set up fees however donations are gratefully received |
| Parties must provide affidavit that he/she is not married or divorced with still alive partner |
| Holy communion is recommended for catholic couples but cannot be shared by non-Catholic partner. |
| Marriage, which are held on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or public holidays will be surcharged 100%. |

| DOCUMENTATION |
| The documents mentioned below must be received by the hotel not later than 30 days before the clients arrival |

Photocopies of Birth certificates
Decree Absolute / Divorce papers if applicable
Previous marriage and/or death certificates if applicable
Copies of first six pages of each parties of valid passports
All foreign documents (not in English) must be officially translated on appropriate embassy headed paper, before forwarding them to us.
Original documents should not be sent by post but carried by the clients when traveling to Seychelles.
Special requirements for French Nationals: Please contact your embassy for specific requirements.

| It is required by the local law that the couple to be married stays at least three days in Seychelles before their marriage. |
