In November 2009, we informed you about building works taking place on the neighbouring property to Cerf Island Resort. The works are for a Tourism facility and we were negotiating with owners for common interest.

We have great pleasure to inform you that we have had successful negotiations. As a result of this, in near future the Cerf Island Resort will be a larger and even better place for you; a well deserved, perfect setting to unwind and of course with our personalised hospitality to go with it.

Rest assured that whilst the construction is going on, there is no significant disturbance to the running or the ambience of our resort. However, we would like to improve our current discount from 25% to 30%. The special offer of 30% discount is valid from 1^st April to 31^st October 2010, inclusive. From one-night escapes to weeklong enjoyments, Cerf Island Resort offers a distinct and diverse array of facilities for the discerning leisure traveller.

The following facilities will be added to Cerf Island Resort-

• 12 more improved Villas (Hillside and Hideaway)
• A New Restaurant
• Additional Pool Bar
• Pool-dining facilities
• Extended and Improved Spa facilities
• Tennis Court
