2. The images and other documents should only be used for promoting Cerf Island Resort and not for any other general use.
3. Where the material is used in publishing on website or brochures, guidebooks etc, Cerf Island Resort should be asked and proof should be approved by the resort.
4. Not following these terms and conditions may lead to legal action by Cerf Island Resort in case of using material inappropriately or for conflict of interest.
