Famous Antoine le Chanteur rates Seychelles in top 20 destinations in new book

Known for his multiple talents and many travels, Frenchman Antoine le Chanteur has rated Seychelles as one of his top 20 destinations.

Antoine, well known for his songs, acting career and many books, has dedicated ten pages to Seychelles in his last book which covers his 20 favourite spots across the world.

The man of many skills was in Seychelles earlier this year where he toured Mahé, Praslin and La Digue. This was just one of the many visits to the islands undertaken by this famous Frenchman.

His last visit was organised and coordinated by the Seychelles Tourism Board and at a lunch hosted by the Seychelles’ director of tourism marketing, Alain St Ange, at the Marie Antoinette Restaurant, Antoine said that he had once again enjoyed Seychelles and he remains impressed by the natural beauty of our islands.

Mr. St Ange described him as a friend of many in the hospitality and local tourism industry and said “we are hoping to have the opportunity of welcoming him again to Seychelles next year for our annual sailing regatta.”
