Day 1
Head, Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage – 30 mins
A perfect and quick solution to relieve muscle stress and tension. This massage is particularly beneficial for those who work in stressful environments and with computers. The massage focuses on the shoulders, upper and lower back areas.
Indian Head Massage – 30 mins
A calming technique of manipulating and un-knotting tensions in the back, shoulders, neck area plus it also covers scalp and face area. It improves the condition of the hair, and promotes clear thinking, relieves mental fatigue, eye strain and headaches, and reduces stress. Improves lymphatic system and disperses toxins from tense muscles giving more flexibility and fluidity of movement.
Day 2
Apricot Body Polish – 45 mins
Re-mineralizing sea salt provides the slight abrasion necessary to rid the skin surface of dead cells, increase blood circulation, and naturally triggers the skins’ own oil secretion. Our fine salt scrub will leave your skin smooth, and fruit-based antioxidants will revitalize your entire being. Infused with Cerf Island’s signature aromatherapy blend of essential oils, it also moisturizes the skin. This treatment is also ideal for men, for those who like strong treatments or for complementing a detox program.
Aromatherapy Massage – 60 mins
Full body massage to gently relax your body with long-stroke techniques. Allow your tensions and fatigue to be massaged away with gentle pressing of the palm and thumb on pressure points. Very relaxing with aromatic oils.
Day 3
Facial Massage “Cerf Island” – 60 mins
Massage that stimulates the lymph system of the facial muscles. It provides a light cleansing followed by a gentle, relaxing facial massage which moisturizes the skin.
Manicure with hand massage – 60 mins
