Cerf Island Resort was developed from a property formerly known as Cerf Island Lodge in the Seychelles.
The old property consisted of self catering lodges with only basic facilities but the location, flora and fauna and ambience was tropical paradise.
Cerf Island Lodge was therefore a perfect place to develop a new luxury resort which was designed to nestle into the existing lush vegetation in an eco-friendly manner.
The old lodges were retained, and fully refurbished and upgraded and converted into suites. The Timber Lodges were initially called Timber Villas and they were subsequently renamed the Tortoise Suites.
