As we are looking forward to a bigger and better resort with 24 villas and added facilities, we would like to inform you that construction is progressing well. The new facilities are expected to be in place by December 2010. We appreciate your concerns and questions regarding the works and progress of it, so here is some useful information....

We have now completed the roofs on 9 villas and 3 are undergoing roofing works. The utilities are being installed for 7 villas. The spa complex building work is almost finished, leaving only painting and the interior to finish. This means most of the heavy, noisy construction work is coming to an end soon! The first level foundation work for the new restaurant has been completed. The plan over the next few weeks is to carry on the roof work along with painting the inside and installing the utilities for the villas which already have roofs and work on completing the restaurant structure, including the new pool bar adjacent to it. Also the new kitchen ground work is to be continued over the next few weeks.

We would like to reassure you that the work being carried out is far enough away not to disturb guests. The works nearer to the restaurant are only taking place during the day and outside of dining hours not to cause any disturbance.  As there will be a new kitchen and restaurant, there will not be much disruption to the existing kitchen and guest facilities and services will carry on in the normal way.

We would also like to announce the extension of our special summer discount of 40% till the end of September 2010. Don’t forget to take advantage of this offer! The 30% discount offer is only valid whilst the construction is going on from 1 October till 15 December 2010.

We have all the facilities and services running as normal at the resort. We will take as much care as we can in making sure not to cause any disturbance for you whilst you are with us. If you have any further queries regarding construction, please write to us and we will be happy to answer them.
