Eurofly, an airline based in Milan, Italy will start Sunday flights on February 24, using a 282 passenger Airbus A330-223 aircraft.

Confirming this in an interview yesterday afternoon, the chief executive officer of the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA), Gilbert Faure, said that the authority is still in contact with the airline to finalise certain details.
“Eurofly has been designated by the Italian aeronautical authorities to fly Italy-Seychelles-Italy. Starting February 24 until May 4, it will operate the Milan-Mauritius-Seychelles-Milan route and from May 11 to October 26, Eurofly will operate Milan-Seychelles-Milan flights,” he said, adding that the aircraft will have 26 passengers in the business class and 256 in the economy class.
Eurofly operates scheduled services and tour charters from most Italian cities to destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Its main base is Malpensa International Airport, Milan.
The airline was established in 1989 and started operations in 1990. It was set up with a shareholding by Alitalia.
