Two members of staff at the Cerf Island Resort have celebrated five years’ service with the company.
Certificates and cash were presented recently to pastry chef Nadee Josef and villa attendant Marie-Josee Sinon. General Manager Michael G. Vogt said in his opening remarks at the ceremony that long service is not only a personal accomplishment but a relationship between the hotel, the management and the employees. It shows the dedication these staff have towards the company, he added, stressing that they are role models for those who are just starting out. Mr Vogt encouraged his team to seek long-term relations with the resort, aim to improve and always respect honesty and fairness to all. With these principles in mind, everybody will succeed, he added.
